The 1998 Millésimé Champagne is an excellent vintage from Moutardier, that is full bodied and delicious. With a higher proportion of mature wine, the Champagne Moutardier Millésimé 1998 is more concentrated than the Carte d’Or. A wine of rich golden color, this mature Champagne can be enjoyed with lobster, meat and poultry dishes or standard Champagne fare. With the displays of fruit and a touch of minerality, Millésimé 1998 has a long, smooth aromatic finish that hints of nuts. This Champagne is 80% Pinot Meunier and 20% Chardonnay.
